William Salyers is an American actor famous for his voice work. He has given life to many characters in cartoons and video games. You might know him as Rigby from Regular Show. Salyers is the voice of Rigby on the popular cartoon Regular Show. He also voiced Reverend Putty and Mr. Littler on Moral Orel. In video games, he is the voice of Otto Octavius / Doctor Octopus.
