William Thomas Walsh was born in Waterbury, Connecticut. He went to Yale University and earned a degree in 1913. Later, Fordham University gave him an honorary degree. In 1914, he married Helen Gerard Sherwood. They had six children together.
His Writings
Walsh was known for writing books and articles from a Catholic point of view. He wrote about history and important figures. He was a respected author and educator during his time.
