Wilmot is a community located in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, in the United States. It is also sometimes called Gilead. Wilmot is now part of the village of Salem Lakes.
Before it became part of Salem Lakes, Wilmot was known as a census-designated place. This means it was an area set aside for counting people in the 2010 census. At that time, about 442 people lived there. Now, as part of Salem Lakes, Wilmot no longer has its own separate population count.
