Woodlands North MRT station (TE1) is an underground train station in Woodlands, Singapore. It is part of Singapore's MRT system. This station is the very first stop on the Thomson–East Coast line (TEL). It is also close to Republic Polytechnic.
There are plans for a special train link called the Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS). This link would connect Woodlands North to Johor Bahru in Malaysia. The project faced some delays. However, Malaysia later agreed to continue the project at a lower cost.
