Woodrow is a small place in West Virginia. It is known as an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and buildings that doesn't have its own local government, like a city or town would.
Where is Woodrow Located?
You can find Woodrow in the eastern part of West Virginia. This area is often called the Eastern Panhandle. The community is located south of a town named Paw Paw. It sits right along West Virginia Route 9.
What's interesting about Woodrow is that it's actually in two different counties at the same time! Part of it is in Hampshire County, and the other part is in Morgan County.
