It's organized by the World Jigsaw Puzzle Federation (WJPF). This exciting championship first started in 2019. The very first competition was held in Valladolid, a beautiful city in Spain.

Competitors can take part in three different types of events:

  • Team events, where groups work together.
  • Pairs events, for two people working as a duo.
  • Individual events, for single players.

This championship also created the first-ever world ranking for jigsaw puzzle players. This means you can see who the top puzzlers are globally!
