Yanosuke Watanabe (渡邊 彌之助, Watanabe Yanosuke) was a Japanese football player. Football is also known as soccer. He played as a goalkeeper for the Japanese national team.

Playing for Japan's National Team

In May 1925, Yanosuke Watanabe was a student at Kwansei Gakuin University. He was chosen to play for the Japanese national team. This was for the 1925 Far Eastern Championship Games. These games took place in Manila.

His First Games

On May 17, Watanabe played his first game for Japan. It was against the Philippines. A few days later, on May 20, he played another game. This time, it was against the Republic of China.
