Yantzaza is a town in Ecuador. It's located in the Zamora Chinchipe province. It's also the main town of the Yantzaza Canton.
About 13,335 people live in Yantzaza. This makes it the second biggest town in its province. It's also a very important place for business and trade. Yantzaza is about 42 kilometers (23 miles) from the city of Zamora. It sits by the Zamora River in a place called the Yantzaza Valley. People also call it the 'Valley of the Fireflies'.
