Yasmine Bleeth (born June 14, 1968) is an American actress and model. She is well-known for her television roles. These include playing Caroline Holden on Baywatch, Ryan Fenelli on Ryan's Hope, Inspector Caitlin Cross on Nash Bridges, and LeeAnn Demerest on One Life to Live.

Early Life and First Roles
Yasmine Bleeth was born in New York City. Her mother, Carina, was a model, and her father, Philip, owned a business. Yasmine's father has Russian-Jewish and German-Jewish family roots. Her mother had a French background from Algeria.
Yasmine started acting very early. At just 10 months old in 1969, she appeared in a Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo commercial. When she was six, she was on Candid Camera. Later that year, she worked on a Max Factor makeup ad campaign. This work caught the eye of photographer Francesco Scavullo. He included Yasmine and her mother in his book, Scavullo Women.
In 1980, when she was 12, Yasmine got her first movie role. She acted alongside Buddy Hackett in the film Hey Babe!. In 1983, she was in a commercial with the music group Menudo.
At 16, Yasmine began playing Ryan Fenelli. This was a role on the daytime soap opera Ryan's Hope. She stayed on the show from February 1985 until its last episode in January 1989. After the show ended, her mother passed away. Yasmine took some time off from acting. Later, she joined the soap opera One Life to Live as LeeAnn Demerest.
Becoming a Star
Yasmine Bleeth gained a lot of fame for her role as Caroline Holden on Baywatch. In 1995, People magazine named her one of the 50 Most Beautiful People. Because of her success on Baywatch, Yasmine received many other acting offers. She starred in five different TV series. She also made guest appearances on other shows.
While acting, she continued to model. She often appeared in swimwear or lingerie ads. She even had her own line of swimwear called Yaz Wear. From 1998 to 2000, Bleeth played Inspector Caitlin Cross on Nash Bridges.
In 2000, Yasmine took a main role in the TV series Titans. She enjoyed playing a wild beauty queen in the 1997 TV movie Crowned and Dangerous. She even kept the crown from the movie!
Yasmine Bleeth is also mentioned in the popular TV show Friends several times. She also appeared in The Simpsons in the episode "Treehouse of Horror X". After a break from acting, she returned in 2021. She appeared in an independent comedy film called Whack the Don.
Personal Life
Yasmine Bleeth married Paul Cerrito on August 25, 2002. They got married in Santa Barbara, California. Today, they live in Los Angeles and Scottsdale, Arizona. Yasmine and Paul do not have children.
Helping Others
In 1998, Yasmine Bleeth was the spokesperson for the Lee National Denim Day campaign. This event raises money for breast cancer research and education. On October 9, 1998, the campaign was called "Wear Jeans to Work". With Yasmine's help, $5 million was raised that day. This money went to help Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a group that supports breast cancer research.
