Yegor Ilyich Titov (Егор Ильич Титов; born on May 29, 1976) is a Russian football coach and former player. He played as an attacking midfielder. Yegor was known for his amazing skills on the field. He could create chances for his team, see the whole game, control the ball very well, and pass with great accuracy.

Playing Career Highlights
Early Days and Spartak Moscow Success
Yegor Titov was born in Moscow, which was then part of the Soviet Union. He spent most of his playing career with Spartak Moscow. He joined the club in 1995. With Titov's help, Spartak Moscow won the league title six times in a row. This was a huge achievement for the team.
He was recognized as one of the best players in Russia. He won the Russian Player of the Year award in both 1998 and 2000. This shows how important he was to his team.
Playing for Russia
Yegor Titov also played for the Russian national team. He played in the 2002 FIFA World Cup, which is one of the biggest football tournaments in the world. He played over 30 games for his country.
In 2004, after a game against Wales, Yegor Titov faced a temporary suspension from playing. After this, he continued to play for Spartak Moscow. He helped his team finish second in the league in 2005, 2006, and 2007. This allowed Spartak to play in the UEFA Champions League, a top European club competition.
New Teams and Retirement
In 2002, there were talks that Titov might move to La Liga team Atlético Madrid in Spain. However, he decided to stay with Spartak Moscow.
Later in his career, Yegor Titov decided to leave Spartak Moscow in August 2008. He then joined Khimki. In 2009, he moved to a new club called Lokomotiv Astana in Kazakhstan. He joined this team with his former teammate, Andrey Tikhonov.
Yegor Titov officially retired from professional football in early 2010. However, in 2012, he played a few games for Arsenal Tula. This team was playing in a lower league at the time. His former teammate, Dmitri Alenichev, was the manager of Arsenal Tula.
Life After Playing
After his playing career, Yegor Titov became a football coach. In 2015, Dmitri Alenichev became the manager of Spartak Moscow. He hired Yegor Titov as his assistant coach. Titov also worked as an assistant coach for Yenisey Krasnoyarsk from 2017 to 2019.
