Yoshihiro Natsuka (名塚 善寛, Natsuka Yoshihiro, born October 7, 1969) is a Japanese football manager and a former player. He played as a defender, helping to protect his team's goal. After his playing career, he became a manager, guiding other teams.

His Club Football Journey

Yoshihiro Natsuka was born in Funabashi, Japan, on October 7, 1969. After finishing high school, he joined a football club called Fujita Industries in 1988. This club later changed its name to Bellmare Hiratsuka.

Natsuka had a very successful time with Bellmare Hiratsuka. In 1994, his team won the 1994 Emperor's Cup, which is a big football tournament in Japan. Because of his great performance, he was chosen as one of the "Best Eleven" players in the league that year. The club also won the 1995 Asian Cup Winners' Cup, a major competition for teams in Asia.

He played for Bellmare Hiratsuka until the end of 1998. After that, he moved to another club, Consadole Sapporo, in 1999. This team was in the J2 League, which is Japan's second-highest football league. In 2000, Consadole Sapporo won the J2 League championship. This win meant they were promoted to the J1 League, the top league in Japan. Yoshihiro Natsuka retired from playing football in 2001.

Playing for Japan: The National Team

Yoshihiro Natsuka also played for the Japan national team. This means he represented his country in international matches. His first game for Japan was on May 22, 1994, against Australia.

In 1994, he played in all of Japan's matches, including the 1994 Asian Games. In 1995, he also played in the 1995 King Fahd Cup, which is now known as the FIFA Confederations Cup. Overall, he played 11 games for Japan and scored 1 goal before 1995.
