About Yu Rong
Yu Rong was born in China. She first became a primary school teacher. Later, she studied art at Nanjing Normal University in China. She also went to the Royal College of Art in London, UK, to study communication and design. Today, Yu Rong lives near Cambridge in the United Kingdom.

- 1999 - She won The Folio Society Illustration Awards.
