Yuri Pavlovich Pshenichnikov (born June 2, 1940 – died December 20, 2019) was a famous Soviet football player. He was a talented goalkeeper who played for the USSR national team. After his playing days, he became a football coach. Yuri was born in Tashkent, which was part of the Soviet Union at the time. He passed away in Moscow, Russia.

Playing Career Highlights

Yuri played for two main clubs during his career. From 1960 to 1967, he was with FC Pakhtakor Tashkent. He played 177 games for them. Later, from 1968 to 1971, he joined CSKA Moscow.
