Playing for Vissel Kobe
In 2006, Kondo moved to Vissel Kobe on a loan. A loan means he played for them for a while, but still belonged to FC Tokyo. Vissel Kobe had just moved down to the J2 League, the second division. He continued to play regularly for them in 2007.
Return to FC Tokyo
Kondo went back to FC Tokyo in 2008. However, he did not play as much that year because of an injury. In 2009, FC Tokyo won the 2009 J.League Cup again. Even though Kondo did not play as often as some other players, he was still part of the team that won this important trophy.
Time at Consadole Sapporo
In 2010, Kondo moved to Consadole Sapporo, another J2 League team. In 2011, he changed his position and played as a left midfielder. He played in all 38 matches that season, showing how important he was to the team. Consadole Sapporo finished third in the 2011 season and moved up to the J1 League.
