In 2007, he made another move, this time to Ferverosa Ishikawa Hakusan FC, a club in the Japanese Regional Leagues. Later that same year, in July 2007, he joined another J2 League club, Tokushima Vortis.
Success with Gainare Tottori
Abe's career took a positive turn in 2009 when he moved to Gainare Tottori. This club was in the Japan Football League at the time. He became a regular player, meaning he played almost every game. His strong performance helped the club get promoted to the J2 League at the end of the 2010 season.
