Abdel Latif Moubarak (born in 1964) is an Egyptian poet. He was born in the city of Suez, Egypt. He is known for writing poetry in both classical Arabic and the everyday Egyptian way of speaking.

Abdel Latif Moubarak studied law and earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Ain Shams University. He became a member of the Egyptian Writers Union and also joined the Arab Writers on the Internet group. He was a very important poet in the 1980s. His poems appeared in many well-known literary magazines and newspapers in Egypt and other Arab countries. These included magazines like Arab magazine and Kuwait magazine, and newspapers such as News Literature, Republic newspaper, and Al-Ahram.

He has received awards for his work. In 2014, he was given the Excellence and Creativity Shield from the Arab Media Union. He also won the shield of excellence and creativity from the East Academy in 2021.
