Adam Fenton (born 8 February 1972), known by his stage name Adam F, is an English DJ and music producer. He is famous for making music in different styles, including drum and bass and hip hop. He also co-founded the record label Breakbeat Kaos with his friend and fellow musician DJ Fresh.
Adam F first became popular in the 1990s with his drum and bass songs "Circles," "Metropolis," and "F-Jam." His first album, Colours, came out in 1997. In 2001, he switched to making hip hop music and released the album Kaos: The Anti-Acoustic Warfare. This album featured famous American rappers like LL Cool J, Redman, and De La Soul.

Music Career
Early Success
Adam F started his career with a style of electronic music called techstep. His first big release was a 12-inch record called "Metropolis" / "Mother Earth" in 1996. Soon after, his songs "F-Jam" and "Circles" became very popular. "Circles" was a huge hit, reaching the top 20 on the UK Singles Chart. In 1998, he won a prestigious MOBO award for his first album, Colours.
Hip Hop and Film Music
In 2001, Adam F moved into the world of hip hop. He released the album Kaos: The Anti-Acoustic Warfare, where he worked with big names in American rap. The next year, in 2002, he wrote the music for the movie Ali G Indahouse, which starred comedian Sacha Baron Cohen.
He is also the founder and co-owner of the record label Breakbeat Kaos. This label is known for releasing the album Hold Your Colour by the famous drum and bass band Pendulum.
Collaborations and Remixes
In 2009, Adam F worked with another artist named Horx to remix the song "Take Me to the Hospital" by the band The Prodigy. He later worked with Horx and the rapper Redman on the track "Shut The Lights Off".
Over the years, Adam F has remixed songs for many famous artists, including David Guetta, Rihanna, Afrojack, and Missy Elliott. One of his most popular singles, "When The Rain Is Gone," was released in 2012. He also released an EP called Elements, which included some of his new tracks and remixes.
More recently, he worked with DJ Fresh on the song "See You Again." He also teamed up with music producer Doctor P and rapper Method Man for the 2013 track "The Pit."
Acting and Personal Life
Besides music, Adam F has also tried acting. In 2007, he appeared in the crime movie The Heavy. He also had a role in the 2009 thriller film Cuckoo, alongside actors Richard E. Grant and Laura Fraser.
Adam comes from a very musical family. His father was the famous singer and actor Alvin Stardust. His uncle was Rory Storm, whose band, Rory Storm and the Hurricanes, once had Ringo Starr as its drummer before he joined the Beatles.
He is married to Kirsty Hawkshaw, who was a singer in the group Opus III.
