Early Life and Coding

Alex started making games when he was just 9 years old. He used a special tool called Roblox Studio. His dad was a programmer, which helped Alex get interested in coding early on. Alex went to Trinity Preparatory School for high school. Before Jailbreak, Alex made other games on Roblox. He said these games earned him a few thousand dollars.

Creating Jailbreak

The Start of Volt

In January 2016, Alex and his business partner, known as "asimo3089", created a game called Volt. It was an open-world game where players could enjoy different minigames.

Launching Jailbreak

A year later, in January 2017, Alex and asimo3089 launched Jailbreak on Roblox. This game is a fun cops-and-robbers adventure. On its very first day, 70,000 players were playing at the same time! Alex said this number really surprised him. Jailbreak quickly became one of the most popular games on Roblox. It also helped Alex become a millionaire.

Life Outside Gaming

Alex attended Duke University. He used the money he earned from his games to pay for his college education. Alex has also been a YouTuber since 2011. His channel has over 90,000 subscribers and millions of views. He shares videos about building and scripting on Roblox. He also uploads his own music and shows off new content for Jailbreak.
