The next year, Fox started competing for the WWE Divas Championship. She won this title in June 2010 and held it for two months. She was the first African American Divas Champion. Wrestling Journey

Starting in WWE (2006–2023)

Training in Ohio Valley Wrestling (2006–2007)

In 2006, Victoria Crawford signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). She was sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), which was WWE's training ground at the time. She first appeared on July 1, 2006, as a special guest referee. On September 6, Crawford had her first wrestling match as Tori in a battle royal. She wrestled regularly in singles and tag team matches. She also managed Elijah Burke.

Crawford briefly won the OVW Women's Championship on October 20, 2006. However, she lost it the very next night. OVW does not officially recognize her championship win. She continued to compete in OVW until July 2007.

Developing in Florida Championship Wrestling (2007–2008)

Crawford then moved to WWE's new training territory, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), in September 2007. She teamed with Nattie Neidhart and started a rivalry with The Bella Twins. The Bella Twins often defeated Crawford and Neidhart. Crawford later began wrestling against her former partner, Neidhart.

After she debuted on SmackDown, Crawford changed her wrestling name to Alicia Fox. She began managing Jack Gabriel in September 2008. Fox also competed in the Queen of FCW tournament, reaching the final before losing to Angela Fong.

Main Roster Debut and Brand Changes (2008–2010)

Alicia Fox made her first appearance on WWE's main shows on June 13, 2008, on SmackDown. She played the role of a wedding planner for Vickie Guerrero and Edge. She got involved in their storyline, which led to Edge accidentally hitting Guerrero.

After a break, Fox returned on November 18, 2008, on ECW. She became a fan favorite and managed DJ Gabriel. They started a rivalry with Paul and Katie Lea. Fox had her first ECW match on January 6, 2009, losing to Katie Lea. The next week, Fox and Gabriel won a mixed tag team match, giving Fox her first victory on the brand.

Fox was moved to the SmackDown brand on April 15, 2009. She then became a villain and teamed with Michelle McCool. Fox was with McCool when McCool won the WWE Women's Championship.

On June 20, 2010, at the Fatal 4-Way event, Alicia Fox won the WWE Divas Championship. She defeated Gail Kim, Eve Torres, and Maryse in a four-way match. This made her the first African American wrestler to hold the title. She successfully defended her title against Eve Torres twice. However, she lost the championship to Melina at SummerSlam on August 15, ending her reign after 56 days.

In August 2010, Fox became the mentor for Maxine in the all-female third season of NXT. Fox and Eve Torres also made history by being the first female WWE performers to wrestle in China.

Various Rivalries (2011–2013)

On April 26, 2011, Fox was moved back to the SmackDown brand. She soon formed a team with Tamina Snuka and Rosa Mendes. This led to a rivalry with Kaitlyn and AJ Lee.

Later, Fox started a rivalry with Natalya and Beth Phoenix, who were known as The Divas of Doom. Fox became a fan favorite during this time, often teaming with other Divas to face Natalya and Phoenix. This storyline continued into 2012. Fox spent the rest of 2012 and early 2013 wrestling in various matches. In mid-2013, she competed in the tournament to crown the first NXT Women's Champion, reaching the semi-finals.

Total Divas Storylines (2013–2015)

In September 2013, Fox joined WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee's team in a rivalry against the cast of the Total Divas reality show. They had a big tag team match at Survivor Series.

From January 2014, Fox teamed with Aksana, and they were called "Foxsana." Fox competed at WrestleMania XXX in a match for the Divas Championship, which was won by AJ Lee. After this, Fox started a rivalry with the new Divas Champion, Paige. Fox began to show a "temper tantrum" character after losing matches, which became a memorable part of her act. She eventually defeated Paige in a non-title match. This led to a title match at Payback, which Fox lost. After another loss, Fox attacked Aksana, ending their team.

Fox later formed an alliance with Paige in September 2014. However, this alliance ended when Fox accidentally cost Paige a title match. They then led opposing teams in an elimination tag team match at Survivor Series, where Fox's team won. In 2015, Fox had a rivalry with Naomi.

Women's Revolution (2015–2017)

On June 15, 2015, Alicia Fox joined The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) to form "Team Bella." They were part of a big change in the WWE Divas Division, which was called the "revolution." Stephanie McMahon introduced new wrestlers from NXT, leading to a rivalry between three teams: Team Bella, Team PCB (Paige, Charlotte, Becky Lynch), and Team B.A.D. (Naomi, Sasha Banks, Tamina). These teams faced off at SummerSlam, where Team PCB won.

In March 2016, Team Bella quietly broke up, and Fox became a fan favorite. She joined other Divas to form "Team Total Divas" and competed in a 10-Diva tag team match at the WrestleMania 32 pre-show, where her team won. Later that month, Fox became the first female WWE performer to wrestle in the Middle East, in Dubai.

Fox was drafted to Raw in July 2016. She had a rivalry with Nia Jax, which included a match that ended in a no contest after Jax tackled Fox through a barrier. Fox was part of the Raw women's team at Survivor Series, where her team was victorious.

Manager and Singles Matches (2017–2018)

On December 6, 2016, on 205 Live, Fox started an on-screen relationship with Cedric Alexander. She later became the manager for Noam Dar. During this time, her "crazy" character traits became more noticeable. Fox and Dar competed in a mixed tag team match at Extreme Rules, which they lost. Dar broke up with Fox in July 2017.

Fox then had a rivalry with Sasha Banks in October 2017. Fox became the captain of the Raw women's team for Survivor Series, where her team won. She also faced Asuka and was part of a rivalry against the group Absolution. Fox was scheduled for the first women's Royal Rumble match in January 2018 but was unable to compete due to an injury.

Final Rivalries (2018–2019)

After being away for six months due to injury, Alicia Fox returned to Raw in June 2018. She formed an alliance with Alexa Bliss. Fox then faced Ronda Rousey in a singles match, which was the main event of Raw, a big moment in Fox's career.

In October 2018, Fox teamed with Jinder Mahal for the second season of the WWE Mixed Match Challenge. Fox also replaced Alexa Bliss in a match at WWE Evolution, the first-ever all-women's pay-per-view. Fox and Mickie James lost to Trish Stratus and Lita at the event. Fox and Mahal reached the finals of the Mixed Match Challenge but lost to Carmella and R-Truth. Fox continued to team with Mickie James throughout late 2018.

Fox's last matches as an active performer in WWE were in April and May 2019. She made an appearance on the Raw Reunion episode in July 2019, where she was recognized as a WWE Legend. Her profile was later moved to the alumni section of WWE.com, meaning she was no longer a full-time wrestler with the company.

Occasional Appearances and Departure (2021–2023)

After a long break, Fox returned for Raw Legends Night on January 4, 2021. A few weeks later, she made a surprise return at the 2021 Royal Rumble match. During the match, she pinned an interfering R-Truth to win the 24/7 Championship. This made her the first African American woman to hold the 24/7 Championship. Truth immediately won the title back from her after she was eliminated from the Royal Rumble match.

Fox returned again at the 2022 Royal Rumble as a surprise entry. She was eliminated by Nikki Bella after a brief reunion with her former Team Bella partner.

In early 2023, Victoria Crawford confirmed she was still signed with WWE. However, on May 1, 2023, she announced on social media that she was no longer working for WWE, ending her 17-year journey with the company.

Crow made her wrestling return in 2024 at Starrcast's HER event in Australia on April 12. She defeated Mickie James, marking her first singles match since 2019. She continued to compete on the independent circuit throughout 2024. On December 1, 2024, Crow defeated Jordynne Grace at the Ladies Night Out 14 event.

As of May 1, 2025, Crawford was also announced as the new Deputy Director of Authority for TNA.
