Later in 2010, Naomi joined the all-female third season of NXT. Her mentor on the show was Kelly Kelly. Naomi quickly showed her skills, winning matches and impressing fans. She finished in second place in the competition. In January 2011, she lost her FCW Divas Championship to AJ Lee.
The Funkadactyls Tag Team (2012–2014)
On January 9, 2012, Naomi made her first appearance on Raw, one of WWE's main shows. She joined Cameron as dancers and helpers for the wrestler Brodus Clay. They were known as The Funkadactyls.
In December 2012, Naomi won a special "Santa's Little Helpers" match. This earned her a championship match against Divas Champion Eve Torres, but she did not win the title that night. In March 2013, The Funkadactyls and their partners, Brodus Clay and Tensai, won a big tag team match at WrestleMania 29.
Naomi also appeared on the reality TV show Total Divas. In September 2013, she competed for the Divas Championship at Night of Champions, but AJ Lee kept her title. Later that year, The Funkadactyls and other Total Divas cast members won a big team match at Survivor Series. In December, Naomi and Cameron decided to stop working with Brodus Clay because of his attitude.
In February 2014, Naomi got a real injury to her eye during a match. She returned in March, teaming with Cameron to win a match. At WrestleMania XXX, Naomi tried to win the Divas Championship again but was unsuccessful. In July, Naomi and Cameron had a disagreement, which led to them wrestling each other. Naomi won their match at Survivor Series, eliminating Cameron from the match.
Becoming a Solo Star (2014–2016)
In late 2014, Naomi started to get involved in storylines with her husband, Jimmy Uso, and another wrestler named The Miz. The Miz tried to help Naomi with her music career, which made Jimmy Uso upset. Naomi and The Usos had several matches against The Miz and his partners.
In April 2015, Naomi attacked Paige after a match, which meant she started playing a "bad guy" role. She then teamed up with Tamina Snuka. They called themselves Team B.A.D. (Beautiful and Dangerous). Team B.A.D. often wrestled against other groups of female wrestlers, like The Bella Twins.

In July 2015, Stephanie McMahon announced a "Divas Revolution" in WWE, bringing in new talent from NXT. Sasha Banks joined Naomi and Tamina to form Team B.A.D. They competed in many exciting matches against other teams. In February 2016, Sasha Banks left the team, and Naomi and Tamina attacked her. Naomi then took a break from wrestling due to an ankle injury.
Winning the SmackDown Women's Championship (2016–2017)
In July 2016, Naomi was moved to the SmackDown brand. She introduced a new look and entrance called "The Glow," and became a "good guy" again. At SummerSlam, Naomi teamed with Becky Lynch and Carmella but their team lost.
In February 2017, Naomi won the SmackDown Women's Championship at Elimination Chamber by defeating Alexa Bliss. However, she had to give up the title a week later because of a real injury she got during the match. She made an amazing return at WrestleMania 33 and won the championship back, making Alexa Bliss give up in the match.
Naomi successfully defended her title several times, including against Lana. In July, she showed off a special championship belt with colorful LED lights. At SummerSlam in August, Naomi lost the SmackDown Women's Championship to Natalya, ending her reign after 140 days.

Naomi returned to WWE at the Royal Rumble in January 2020 after taking some time off for health reasons. She later had surgery in September to remove a fibroid. In October 2020, she was drafted back to the Raw brand.
In August 2021, Naomi moved back to the SmackDown roster. She started a storyline with Sonya Deville, who was an authority figure in WWE. Naomi kept asking for matches, which annoyed Deville. In February 2022, Naomi teamed with Ronda Rousey to defeat Sonya Deville and Charlotte Flair.
At WrestleMania 38, Naomi and Sasha Banks won the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship. However, in May 2022, Naomi and Sasha Banks left a show due to disagreements about their storylines. This led to them being suspended, and the championship was left without holders. In March 2023, Naomi confirmed she was no longer with WWE.

On April 28, 2023, Trinity, now using the ring name Trinity, made her debut in Impact Wrestling. She quickly announced her goal to win the Impact Knockouts World Championship. In May, she won her first match in TNA against Gisele Shaw.

On May 30, 2025, Naomi qualified for the women's Money in the Bank ladder match. At the event on June 7, Naomi won the Money in the Bank contract, which allows her to challenge for a championship at any time. At Evolution on July 13, Naomi lost to Cargill in a special match.
