Professional Wrestling Career
WWE (2011–2016)
Getting Started in WWE
In 2011, Andrew joined the reality TV show WWE Tough Enough to try and earn a WWE contract. Although she was the first contestant to be eliminated, WWE saw her potential and signed her anyway.
She began her training at Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), which was WWE's training center at the time. She first appeared as a ring announcer. Soon after, she had her first match under the ring name Cameron Lynn. She teamed up with Naomi Knight and they won their first match together on FCW TV.
The Funkadactyls
In January 2012, Cameron moved to WWE's main show, Raw. She and Naomi became known as The Funkadactyls. They were the dancers and valets for the wrestler Brodus Clay. They would dance him to the ring and celebrate with him.
The Funkadactyls soon started wrestling as a tag team. They had a rivalry with The Bella Twins. This led to a big eight-person match at WrestleMania 29, but it was moved to the next night on Raw. In that match, The Funkadactyls and their partners, Tons of Funk, defeated The Bella Twins and their partners.
For a while, The Funkadactyls were part of the cast of the reality show Total Divas. This led to a storyline where they feuded with the other Divas on the show. At the Survivor Series event, Cameron was part of Team "Total Divas," which defeated Team "True Divas."
Wrestling on Her Own
In 2014, The Funkadactyls started to have problems. After a match where Cameron tagged herself in and lost, she and Naomi argued. This led to Cameron turning into a "heel" (a villain character) and the team broke up.
Cameron then began wrestling by herself. She had a rivalry with her former partner, Naomi. At the Battleground event, Cameron defeated Naomi in a one-on-one match. She continued to compete in the Divas division, facing wrestlers like Paige and Nikki Bella.
In late 2015, Cameron moved to WWE NXT, WWE's developmental brand, to improve her skills. She wrestled against rising stars like Asuka and Alexa Bliss. WWE released Cameron from her contract in May 2016.
Special Return in 2022
Cameron made a surprise one-night return to WWE in 2022. She competed in the women's Royal Rumble match.
All Elite Wrestling (2020)
In July 2020, Cameron made a special appearance in All Elite Wrestling (AEW). She teamed up with Nyla Rose for the AEW Women's Tag Team Cup Tournament. They were eliminated in the first round.
