Alisa Alekseyevna Kozhikina is a talented Russian singer born on June 22, 2003. She became famous in 2014 when she won the first season of The Voice Kids Russia. Later that same year, Alisa proudly represented Russia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Malta with her song "Dreamer. She has released several songs and albums since then.

About Alisa's Early Life

Alisa Kozhikina was born in a small village called Uspenka in Kursk Oblast, Russia. Even from a young age, Alisa loved to sing and took part in many singing competitions. She won several awards in contests like the Rose of the Winds in 2010 and the Constellation of Youth in 2011. She also competed in the New Wave Junior contest in 2012.

Winning The Voice Kids and Junior Eurovision

In April 2014, Alisa won the big singing competition The Voice Kids Russia. This show was on Russia's Channel One. In the final round, she sang a Russian version of Mariah Carey's famous song "My All." Her coach on the show, Maxim Fadeev, wrote the new Russian words for the song. As the winner, Alisa received a prize and a contract to record music with Universal Music.

On September 22, 2014, Alisa was chosen to represent Russia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Malta. Her song was called "Dreamer." Maxim Fadeev composed the music, and Alisa herself helped write the lyrics with Serebro's Olga Seryabkina. Alisa performed thirteenth in the final competition. She finished in fifth place, earning 96 points.

In 2014, Alisa also performed as a special guest at the Russian MuzTV Awards ^[ru]. She also lent her voice to the main character in the Russian version of the 2014 American musical movie Annie.

First Songs and Albums

In April 2015, Alisa Kozhikina released her first ever song, which was a cover of "Get Lucky" by Daft Punk. She then released two more songs, "Little Red Riding Hood" and "I'm Lying on the Beach," by the end of August.

In the fall of 2015, Alisa's song "Stala Silnee" (which means "I Became Stronger") became very popular. It was played on many radio stations in Russia and around the world.

In 2016, Alisa sang songs for the Russian version of the cartoon series Princess Sissi. This show was shown on the Russian TV channel Gulli. Before that, in 2015, Alisa and Semyon Treskunov recorded the main song for the Russian animated movie The Fortress. With the Shield and the Sword ^[ru].

Alisa also played the main role of Alice in the Safronov Brothers' New Year's show called Alice in Wonderland. Many people came to see this show during the New Year holidays.

On May 13, 2016, Alisa Kozhikina had her very first solo concert in Belgorod.

On November 1, 2016, Alisa released her first music album, called I Am Not a Toy. The music video for the main song from the album was uploaded to YouTube. It quickly gained over 1 million views in less than two days!
