How Voting Works

In the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, each country gives points to their favorite songs. They give 12 points to their top song, then 10, 8, and so on, down to 1 point.

To make sure no country got zero points, every country automatically started with 12 points. This was a special rule for the Junior contest.
