Later, she also helped host the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Tbilisi with Helen Kalandadze.
About Lizi Pop
Her Early Life
Liza Japaridze was born in Tbilisi, Georgia, on September 19, 2004. She goes to the Georgian-American School. Lizi Pop is very good at languages! She speaks English, Russian, and French, along with her native Georgian.
Since 2011, she has been learning how to sing at BzikebiStudio. This studio is led by Giga Kukhianidze. His songs have been used by Georgia in many Junior Eurovision contests before.
Her Amazing Career

Lizi Pop released her very first song, "Make-Up!", in 2012. After that, she released more songs like "Cloud" and "Zgapari galagshi". The song "Zgapari galagshi" was special because she recorded it with Candy. Candy was the group that won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2011. Lizi Pop also starred in a children's musical movie called Stapilo Story: Kurdgheli vs Mgeli.
In 2014, Lizi Pop was chosen to represent Georgia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Malta. She sang her song "Happy Day". Even though she placed eleventh, which was Georgia's lowest result at the time, her song "Happy Day" became very popular. For a few years, it was the most-watched video on the Junior Eurovision YouTube channel! When she performed, she had Sopho Dashniani, Dea Dashniani, Ketevan Arbolishvili, and Nita Lomidze singing and dancing with her. The next year, in 2015, she was the person who announced Georgia's votes for the contest.
Lizi Pop had another big role in 2017. She co-hosted the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Tbilisi with Helen Kalandadze. This made her the second youngest person ever to host the contest! Only Ioana Ivan, who was 12 in 2006, was younger. Lizi Pop was also the first person who had competed in the contest before to come back and host it.
In 2021, she released a new song called "Desire". She helped write this song herself, along with Giga Kukhianidze.
