2014 ← Junior Eurovision Song Contest

The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 was the 13th time this exciting music competition took place. It was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the Arena Armeec on November 21, 2015. The TV channel from Bulgaria, Bulgarian National Television (BNT), was the host for the event. The main idea or motto for the contest was "#Discover".

Results of the Contest

Seventeen countries took part in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015. Each country had a young artist or group perform a song. The winner was chosen based on points given by juries from each country and a special "Kids' Jury".

How Points Were Given

In the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, countries give points to their favorite songs.

  • Each country's jury (a group of music experts) and a special "Kids' Jury" voted.
  • They gave 12 points to their top song, then 10 points, then 8 points, and so on, down to 1 point.
  • To make sure no country ended up with zero points, every country automatically started with 12 points!
