Their Journey After Junior Eurovision
After performing at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2014, the members of The Peppermints continued their musical journeys.
On November 27, 2014, the TV station SMRTV announced something exciting. Anita Simoncini would represent San Marino again, this time at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015. She would sing alongside Michele Perniola, who had represented San Marino at Junior Eurovision in 2013. Michele is also Rafaella Perniola's brother.
Even though Anita was going to sing at Eurovision without the other Peppermints, she said the group planned to stay together. In January 2015, the group officially announced they would go on tour that year.
However, some changes happened. In October 2015, Greta Doveri announced she was leaving the group. Before June 2016, Anita Simoncini, Rafaella Perniola, and Sara Dall'Olio also left. Alixia Mistral and Sofia Casieri then joined The Peppermints. Arianna Ulivi was the only original member who remained in the group.
The Peppermints kept performing until 2017. After that, their social media pages and website became inactive.
