Krisia Marinova Todorova (born 1 June 2004) is a talented Bulgarian singer, composer, and songwriter. She became well-known for her amazing voice at a young age.
In 2014, Krisia, along with the Hassan and Ibrahim Ignatov twins, proudly represented Bulgaria at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Malta. They performed her song "Planet of the Children" and finished in second place. They even received the most votes from the press!
The next year, in 2015, Krisia released "Discover". This song became the official theme for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 held in Sofia, Bulgaria. That same year, Krisia and the Seven-Eight Production Company won the NASO Grand Prize. This award recognized their important work in helping Bulgaria's social development.

About Krisia's Early Life and Interests
Krisia Todorova was born in Varna on June 1, 2004. She now lives in Razgrad with her parents, Marin and Angelina Todorova. She also has two sisters named Tiffany (born 2000) and Marina (born 2009).
Krisia started learning music when she was just six years old. She studied at different music schools in Bulgaria. Currently, she continues her music studies at the "Centre for work with Children" in Razgrad. There, she works with her vocal teacher, Svilena Decheva, and learns to sing and play the piano. She attended "Vasil Levski" Primary School in Razgrad. Since 2018, she has been a student at the National School of Music "Lyubomir Pipkov" in Sofia.
Besides music, Krisia enjoys drawing and dancing, especially classical ballet. Her favorite school subjects are Mathematics, Man And Society, and English. She looks up to many famous singers, including Ariana Grande, Lili Ivanova, Lara Fabian, Mariana Popova, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera, and Beyoncé.
Krisia's Singing Journey

Krisia Todorova has won seven awards from various music competitions in Bulgaria. But 2014 was a very special year for her career. She became famous across Bulgaria after appearing on Slavi's Show on bTV. She later became a regular part of the TV show called Zapoznaĭ se s malkite (Meet the Kids). Krisia first appeared on the show on December 30, 2013, where she sang "Listen" by Beyoncé.
In March 2014, Krisia was chosen to sing the national anthem of Bulgaria, Mila Rodino. She also sang Moya Strana, Moya Bălgaria at the Vasil Levski National Stadium in Sofia. She performed live in front of 42,000 people! This was for the opening of a big football match between Ludogorets Razgrad (a Bulgarian team) and Valencia (a Spanish team).
In November 2014, Krisia and the twins Hasan and Ibrahim represented Bulgaria at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Malta. Their song was "Planet of the Children". They earned 147 points, finishing in second place, just behind Italy. After this success, Krisia was honored by the President of Bulgaria, Rosen Plevneliev. In December 2014, Krisia performed "The Planet of the Children" again at the European Parliament. In March 2016, she was nominated for "Best Female Artist" at the Fab Chart Music Awards in London. Krisia has also modeled for Junona Fashion House. Since 2015, Krisia Todorova has been seen as one of Bulgaria's "spiritual leaders" because of her music and popularity.
