Teaching People About Money
Alvin Hall went to Bowdoin College and studied English. After teaching literature at a college for a while, he moved to New York. There, he began working in the world of finance.
In 1990, Mr. Hall even taught British stockbrokers in London. He helped them get ready for important financial exams in the United States.
Books and TV Shows
Alvin Hall has written many books and articles. These writings often share tips on how to save money, how to invest, and how to handle debt. He hosted a show called Your Money or Your Life on BBC2.
