- In 2005, Amorino decided to make all its gelato in one main place. This helped them keep the quality the same everywhere.
- The company started letting other people open Amorino stores in 2006. This is called a franchise system, and it helped them grow faster.
- By 2009, Amorino opened its first store outside of France. This was a big step for the company.
- In 2011, Amorino moved its main office and gelato-making lab to Orly, France. This year was also when they opened their first store in the U.S., in New York.

- The 200th Amorino store opened in 2020, also in Mexico. It was located near the well-known Angel of Independence statue in Mexico City.
