Andrii Ivanovych Sybiha (Ukrainian: Андрій Іванович Сибіга; born on February 1, 1975) is an important Ukrainian statesman and diplomat. He is currently the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, a role he started on September 5, 2024. Before this, he was a Deputy Head in the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Early Life and Education
Andrii Sybiha grew up in Zboriv, a town in Ukraine. He went to the University of Lviv and finished his studies in 1997. He became an expert in international relations, which is about how countries work together. He can speak English and Polish very well.
His Work as a Diplomat
Andrii Sybiha has had a long career helping Ukraine work with other countries. From 2008 to 2012, he was an adviser at the Ukrainian Embassy in Poland. An adviser helps the ambassador and represents their country.
Later, from 2012 to 2016, he led the Consular Service Department at Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This department helps Ukrainian citizens who are living or traveling abroad.
Ambassador to Turkey
On August 23, 2016, Andrii Sybiha became the Ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey. An ambassador is the highest-ranking diplomat who represents their country in another nation. He served in this important role until May 19, 2021.
Working with the President
After his time as an ambassador, on May 31, 2021, he was appointed as a Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. This office helps the President manage the country's affairs.
In 2022, Andrii Sybiha was one of the first people to announce that Ukraine had officially applied to join the European Union. This was a big step for Ukraine to become closer to European countries.
Minister of Foreign Affairs
In September 2024, the previous Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, resigned. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy then chose Andrii Sybiha to take on this very important job. His appointment was approved by the Verkhovna Rada, which is Ukraine's parliament, with 258 votes. As Minister of Foreign Affairs, he is in charge of Ukraine's relationships with all other countries around the world.

Andrii Sybiha has received special awards for his hard work and dedication to Ukraine:
- Order of Merit, Third Class (received on August 21, 2020) – This award was given for his important contributions to building the country, helping with its development, and for his high professionalism.
- Order of Merit, Second Class (received on December 22, 2021) – He received this award for helping to make Ukraine's international cooperation stronger and for his many years of successful diplomatic work.
