Anthony Lee Weaver, born on July 28, 1980, is a professional American football coach. He used to be a player himself! He is currently the defensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins in the National Football League (NFL).
Before joining the Dolphins, he coached for several other NFL teams. These include the Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens, Houston Texans, and New York Jets. As a player, Weaver was a defensive end for the Notre Dame college team. The Baltimore Ravens picked him in the second round of the 2002 NFL draft. He also played for the Houston Texans.

Anthony Weaver was born in Abilene, Texas. This was on July 28, 1980. He grew up and went to Saratoga Springs High School in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Playing for the Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens chose Anthony Weaver in the 2002 NFL Draft. He was the 52nd player picked overall. He played for the Ravens for four seasons. During this time, he started in 54 regular season games. He also played in one playoff game.
Playing for the Houston Texans
In March 2006, Weaver signed a contract with the Houston Texans. He played for the Texans for three seasons. He started in 44 regular season games for them.

Coaching the Baltimore Ravens Again
On January 22, 2021, Weaver went back to the Baltimore Ravens. He was hired as their defensive line coach and run game coordinator. In February 2022, he got another promotion. He became the assistant head coach for the Ravens. In January 2024, he was interviewed for head coach positions with the Atlanta Falcons and the Washington Commanders.

On February 3, 2024, Anthony Weaver was hired by the Miami Dolphins. He is now their defensive coordinator.

Anthony Weaver's parents are Ralph and Melania Weaver. He is married to Kristin, and they have two sons.
Weaver has been honored for his achievements. In 2010, he was inducted into the Saratoga High Blue Streaks Hall of Fame. The Capital Region Hall of Fame also welcomed him in 2011.
