Antonio José Teodoro Ros de Olano y Perpiñá (born November 9, 1808 – died July 24, 1886) was an important Spanish figure. He was a talented writer, a leader in politics, and a brave military officer. He took part in two important wars: the First Carlist War and the Spanish–Moroccan War.

In 1847, Antonio Ros de Olano served as a government minister. He was in charge of the Ministry of Commerce, Instruction, and Public Works. This meant he helped manage trade, education, and public building projects for a short time.

Antonio Ros de Olano was also a military officer. He fought in two important wars for Spain.

The First Carlist War

He was involved in the First Carlist War, which was a civil war in Spain. This war lasted from 1833 to 1840.

Later, he also fought in the Spanish–Moroccan War, which took place between 1859 and 1860. A very important battle in this war was the Battle of Guad-el-Jelú. Antonio Ros de Olano played a key role in this battle.
