College Football Journey
Antonio Williams started his college football career at Ohio State University. He played for the Buckeyes for two seasons. During his second year, he ran for 290 yards and scored three touchdowns. He was the team's third running back at that time.
After his second year, Antonio decided to transfer to the University of North Carolina. The NCAA, which oversees college sports, allowed him to play right away without waiting a year.
In his first season with the Tar Heels, he started seven games. He became the team's second-best rusher, gaining 504 yards and scoring five touchdowns. In his final year, he shared playing time with other running backs. He still managed to run for 322 yards and score three touchdowns.

Playing for the Buffalo Bills
The Buffalo Bills signed Antonio Williams in May 2020. He was an undrafted free agent, meaning no team picked him in the NFL Draft. He was waived by the Bills a few times but kept getting re-signed to their practice squad.
In January 2021, he was called up to the main team for a game against the Miami Dolphins. This was his first NFL game! He played really well, running for 63 yards and scoring two touchdowns. He also caught a pass for 20 yards. The Bills won that game 56–26. He was later called up again for a playoff game.
Antonio signed a new contract with the Bills in January 2021. However, he was waived again in August 2021 and then re-signed to the practice squad.
Time with the New York Giants
In January 2022, Antonio Williams signed a contract with the New York Giants. He was waived by the Giants in September 2022. He was then re-signed to their practice squad for a short time before being released again in October.
Later in November 2022, the New Orleans Saints had him try out for their team, but he did not sign a deal with them.
Playing in Canada
In February 2023, Antonio Williams signed with the BC Lions. This team plays in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was released by the Lions in June 2023.
Life Outside Football
Antonio Williams has been a fan of NASCAR racing since he was young. He is now an advisor to a NASCAR driver named Joe Graf Jr.. They became friends through someone they both knew. Antonio joined Joe Graf Jr.'s racing team in 2021 to help him.
