The Village of Arcade is located in the southwestern part of the larger Town of Arcade. It's a key spot because it's where the Arcade and Attica Railroad has its main station. Two important roads, NYS 39 and NYS 98, also meet here.
Arcade is home to a branch of Genesee Community College. This means students can take classes right in the village. Many people in Arcade work for companies like Prestolite Electric's Leece-Neville division, which used to be a Motorola factory.
