The Archipelago of San Bernardo (also called Islas de San Bernardo in Spanish) is a group of ten islands in the Caribbean Sea. These islands belong to Colombia, a country in South America. Most of them are natural coral islands, but one is a special artificial island.
The islands are located in the Gulf of Morrosquillo. Together, they cover an area of about 213 square kilometers. They are close to the Colombian towns of Tolu and Coveñas.

Discover the San Bernardo Islands
This amazing group of islands includes nine natural islands and one island made by people. They are:

- Cabruna Island
- Ceycén Island
- Mangle Island
- Múcura Island
- Palma Island
- Panda Island
- Santa Cruz del Islote (this is the artificial island!)
- Tintipán Island
- Maravilla Island
Most of these islands are part of the Bolívar Department in Colombia. However, Boquerón Island is special because it belongs to the Sucre Department.
A Protected Natural Park
Since 1996, a part of the San Bernardo Archipelago has been protected. It is now part of the Rosario and San Bernardo Corals National Natural Park. This park helps protect the beautiful coral reefs and the amazing sea life around the islands.
