Aritzo (called Arìtzo in the local Sardinian language) is a small town in Italy. It is located on the island of Sardinia. Aritzo is part of the Province of Nuoro.
This town is about 80 kilometers (50 miles) north of Cagliari. Cagliari is the capital city of Sardinia. Aritzo is also about 40 kilometers (25 miles) southwest of Nuoro. Nuoro is another important city in the region.
Aritzo is surrounded by several other towns. These include Arzana, Belvì, Desulo, Gadoni, Laconi, Meana Sardo, and Seulo.
