Original release | September 24 | – November 26, 2001
The sixth season of the popular TV show Arthur first aired on PBS in the United States. It ran from September 24 to November 26, 2001. This season has 10 episodes, each with two shorter stories.
A shorter version of the show's theme song, "Believe in Yourself", played at the end of each episode. This was to promote the third music album from the Arthur series.
This season also featured some big changes! Olympic figure skater Michelle Kwan appeared as herself in the episode "The Good Sport." Also, Justin Bradley took over as the voice of Arthur. This happened because the previous voice actor, Michael Yarmush, had a voice change. Later, for reruns in the U.S., Mark Rendall re-recorded Arthur's lines for this season. The show's producers felt Justin Bradley's voice was too deep for Arthur. This was also the last season for Steven Crowder as the voice of Brain and Oliver Grainger as the voice of D.W.
You can still find the episodes with Justin Bradley's voice on VHS and DVD. They also air on TV in many places around the world.
