Ash Grove is a city located in Greene County, Missouri, United States. In 2020, about 1,512 people lived there. It is part of the larger Springfield Metropolitan Area.

History of Ash Grove
Ash Grove was officially started, or "laid out," in 1853. The city got its name from a group of ash trees that grew near where the first town was built. Before the city was even laid out, a post office called Ash Grove opened in 1849.
Some important historical places in Ash Grove are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Berry Cemetery, the Nathan Boone House, and the Gilmore Barn. These sites help preserve the history of the area.

Ash Grove is located at 37°18′56″N 93°35′2″W / 37.31556°N 93.58389°W. This means it's in the central part of the United States.
