Asim Azhar was born in Karachi, Pakistan, on October 29, 1996. He comes from a Punjabi family. Music and acting run in his family! His father, Azhar Hussain, is a musician who produces music and plays the keyboard. His mother, Gul-e-Rana, is a well-known actress.
Asim's Music Journey
Asim Azhar became very popular after performing on Coke Studio 8 in 2015. This show is famous for bringing together different musicians.
In February 2020, he won an award for The Best Stylish Performer at an event in Dubai. Many of his songs have become huge hits! His song "Jo Tu Na Mila", which featured Iqra Aziz, reached over 100 million views on YouTube by May 2020. This made him one of the few Pakistani singers to achieve such a milestone. Another popular song, "Tera Woh Pyar", which he sang with Momina Mustehsan, had over 140 million views by July 2020.
