Aurélie Dupont (born on January 15, 1973, in Paris) is a famous French ballet dancer. She was a top dancer, called an Étoile, with the Paris Opera Ballet.

Aurélie started dancing in 1983 when she joined the Paris Opera Ballet School. She became part of the main ballet company in 1989 when she was 16 years old. By December 1996, she was a première danseuse, which is a very high rank. She became an Étoile (star dancer) in 1998. This happened after her amazing performance as Kitri in the ballet Don Quixote. She also starred in The Sleeping Beauty. Both of these were special versions created by Rudolf Nureyev.

In 2010, a film director named Cédric Klapisch made a documentary about Aurélie Dupont. It was called L'espace d'un instant and showed her life over two years.

Aurélie Dupont officially retired from dancing on the Paris Opera stage on May 18, 2015. Her last performance was in Kenneth MacMillan's ballet Manon. On February 5, 2016, it was announced that she would become the new director of dance for the Paris Opera Ballet. She took over after Benjamin Millepied left the role. In June 2022, Aurélie Dupont shared that she would leave the company the following month.
