Baboosic Brook is a stream located in southern New Hampshire, United States. It is about 12.7 miles (20.4 km) long. This brook is a smaller stream that flows into the Souhegan River. The Souhegan River then joins the larger Merrimack River, which eventually reaches the Gulf of Maine in the Atlantic Ocean.

Baboosic Brook begins at the end of Baboosic Lake. This lake is found in the town of Amherst, New Hampshire. From there, the brook winds its way through a few towns.

The brook mostly flows towards the east and south. It travels through Amherst, then Bedford, and finally Merrimack. Its journey ends when it meets the Souhegan River. This meeting point is also near where the Souhegan River flows into the Merrimack River.
