Bacarri Jamon Rambo, born on June 27, 1990, is a former American football player. He played as a safety in the National Football League (NFL). Before joining the NFL, he was a star player for the Georgia Bulldogs in college. In 2011, he was even named an All-American, which means he was one of the best college players in the country. The Washington Redskins picked him in the 2013 NFL draft.

College Football Journey
Bacarri Rambo played college football at the University of Georgia. He was a very talented player for the Georgia Bulldogs. In 2011, during his junior year, he was recognized as an All-American. This honor means he was considered one of the top college football players in the entire country.

Washington Redskins
The Washington Redskins chose Bacarri Rambo in the sixth round of the 2013 NFL draft. He was the 191st player picked overall. He signed a contract with the team on May 13, 2013.
At the start of his first season, Rambo was named the starting free safety. However, after a couple of games, he lost his starting spot. He was benched for several games but returned to play in Week 8. As a rookie, he made 43 total tackles and one sack. The Redskins later released him on September 16, 2014.
Buffalo Bills (First Time)
Rambo joined the Buffalo Bills on November 17, 2014. He quickly made an impact for the team. On December 14, 2014, he had two interceptions against Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. An interception is when a defensive player catches a pass meant for an offensive player. He played in six games during the 2014 season.
In 2015, Rambo had a very strong performance in a game against the New York Jets. He forced two fumbles, which means he knocked the ball loose from an opponent. One of these fumbles was returned for a touchdown by a teammate. Rambo also made a game-winning interception with less than a minute left. Because of his great play, he was named the AFC Defensive Player of the Week. That season, he played in 15 games and started eight. He recorded 62 total tackles, one interception, and two forced fumbles.
Miami Dolphins
On October 25, 2016, Bacarri Rambo signed with the Miami Dolphins. In a game against the Arizona Cardinals, he got his fourth career interception. He played in nine games for the Dolphins that season, starting five of them. He finished the 2016 season with 42 total tackles, one interception, and three passes defended.
Buffalo Bills (Second Time)
Rambo signed with the Buffalo Bills again on July 25, 2017. However, he was released by the team on August 29, 2017.
