Where is Banner Located?
Banner is in the eastern part of Fulton County. It sits near Copperas Creek, close to where the creek flows into the Illinois River.
Roads and Nearby Cities
U.S. Route 24 goes right through Banner. If you head northeast on this road, you'll reach Peoria, which is about 22 miles away. Going southwest for about 17 miles takes you to Lewistown, the main town in Fulton County.
Illinois Route 9 also starts near Banner. It goes northwest for about 8 miles to Canton. Canton is the biggest city in Fulton County.
