Felix Barry Moore (born September 26, 1966) is an American politician. He is a U.S. Representative for Alabama's 1st congressional district. This means he helps make laws for the country. His district covers several counties in Alabama. These include Washington, Mobile, Baldwin, and Monroe counties. It also covers most of Escambia County. The biggest city in his district is Mobile. Before this, he was a state representative in Alabama from 2010 to 2018.
Mr. Moore first tried to become a U.S. Representative in 2018. He ran for Alabama's 2nd district. He ran again in 2020 when the seat was open. He won that election. In 2024, district lines changed. He then ran and won in the new 1st congressional district.

Early Life and School
Barry Moore was born in Coffee County, Alabama. This was on September 26, 1966. He grew up on a farm in Coffee County. He went to Enterprise State Community College. Later, he studied at Auburn University. He earned a degree in agricultural science in 1992. While at Auburn, he joined the Alabama National Guard.
Starting His Career
In 1998, Barry Moore started his own business. It was called Barry Moore Industries. This company focused on hauling waste.
