Phylbert Angelli Ranollo Fagestrom (born October 17, 1987), known professionally as Bea Alonzo, is a Filipino actress, singer, and YouTuber. She is famous for her strong performances in romantic drama films. Some of her well-known movies include The Mistress (2012), A Second Chance (2015), and The Love Affair (2015). Bea Alonzo's films have earned a lot of money, making her one of the highest-earning Filipino movie stars ever.

Early Life and Education
Phylbert Angelli Ranollo Fagestrom was born on October 17, 1987, in Cainta, Rizal, Philippines. Her father is British, and her mother is Mary Anne Ranollo. Her parents are no longer together. Bea also has a younger brother from her mother's side. She finished her elementary schooling in 2001 at the Jose Abad Santos Memorial School in Quezon City. She also attended other schools like The Fisher Valley College and Colegio de Santa Ana in Taguig.
Bea Alonzo's Acting Career
In June 2008, Bea Alonzo released her first music album called The Real Me with Star Records. Around the same time, it was announced that she would star as Betty Pengson in the TV show I Love Betty La Fea. This show was based on a popular series from Colombia. It started in September 2008 and was very popular, running for eight months.
In December 2011, Bea renewed her contract with ABS-CBN. She worked on two movies with Star Cinema. One of these was The Mistress, where she reunited with her acting partner, John Lloyd Cruz. In 2014, Bea starred in the international TV drama Sana Bukas pa ang Kahapon (Tomorrow Belongs To Me). She acted alongside Paulo Avelino and Albert Martinez in this series.
In 2019, Bea appeared in the horror movie Eerie and the drama film Unbreakable. She also started learning about writing for films in 2019. She joined a writing workshop led by famous Filipino writer Ricky Lee. That same year, she was recognized by Variety.com and the International Film Festival & Awards Macao as one of Asia's rising stars.
In 2021, Bea Alonzo moved to GMA Network and signed a special contract with them. This happened after being with ABS-CBN for almost 19 years. Her first big project with GMA Network was the 2022 TV series Start-Up PH. In this show, she starred with Alden Richards. It was a Filipino version of a popular Korean drama.
In 2023, Bea Alonzo starred with Dennis Trillo in the VIU original series Love Before Sunrise. This show was a partnership with GMA Network. In 2024 and 2025, Bea also starred in the popular series Widows' War alongside Carla Abellana.
Bea Alonzo's Personal Life
In 2022, Bea Alonzo bought an apartment in Madrid, Spain. This investment helped her get permanent resident status in Spain, which also extended to her mother. However, she has said that she does not plan to become a Spanish citizen.
Bea Alonzo was previously in a relationship with actor Gerald Anderson. Their relationship ended in 2019. On July 18, 2023, Bea announced that she was engaged to actor Dominic Roque. However, the couple later confirmed that they had ended their engagement on February 11, 2024. As of June 2025, Bea Alonzo is in a relationship with Vince Co, who is the president of Puregold.
