Beechwood Village is a small city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. It is known as a "home rule-class city," which means it has the power to manage its own local affairs. The city was officially created by the state government in 1950.

Beechwood Village is located in the northern part of Jefferson County. It is about 7 miles (11 km) east of downtown Louisville.
The city shares its northern border with Woodlawn Park. On all other sides, it is surrounded by the city of St. Matthews.
Important roads near Beechwood Village include U.S. Route 60, which forms its southern boundary. Also, Interstate 264 touches the northeast edge of the city.
