Where is Belle Prairie City?
Belle Prairie City is located in the northern part of Hamilton County. It's about 24 miles (39 km) southeast of Mount Vernon, Illinois. You can reach it by taking Exit 100 from Interstate 64, which is about 4 miles (6 km) away. The town is also about 10 miles (16 km) north of McLeansboro, Illinois, which is the main city in Hamilton County.
