Benedicta was born in Milan, Italy. When she was a child, her family moved to Rome. Her sister, Brigitta Boccoli, is also an actress. Benedicta also has two brothers, Barnaby and Filippo.
She is known for being a very versatile actress. This means she can play many different kinds of characters. She first appeared on television when she was 18 years old. A few years later, she discovered that her biggest passion was acting in plays.
A famous actor and director named Giorgio Albertazzi gave her a special nickname: Artistissima. This means "the ultimate artist." He called her this because of her amazing performances. She has also received great reviews in important newspapers like Corriere della Sera and La Repubblica.
