Benjamin Bryant (born January 13, 1977) is an American writer and filmmaker. He was born in Germany. He has been nominated for an Emmy Award for his work.

Benjamin Bryant was born in Nuremberg, Germany. His parents were Americans in the military. His father is Brigadier General Albert Bryant Jr.. His aunt is the writer Lori Bryant-Woolridge.
Because his father was in the military, Benjamin lived in many places. These included San Francisco and Washington D.C.. He also lived on Army bases in states like Kansas and Texas. He went to high school in Louisiana, Virginia, and Germany. He finished high school in Germany in 1994.
After high school, he started studying at the University of Texas at Austin. He studied journalism there. Later, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior University in New York. In 2015, he earned two master's degrees. He studied Organizational Development and Leadership. He also studied Applied Administration. He earned these degrees from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.
