Here are the main places you can find in the Bergen municipality:

Exploring the Village of Bergen
The village of Bergen is located about 28 kilometers (about 17 miles) north of a city called Venlo. It is very close to the Meuse River, which is a big river that flows through several countries.
Even though the whole municipality is named Bergen, the main government building is in Nieuw-Bergen. This is because Nieuw-Bergen is the largest town in the area. The village of Bergen is also quite close to the border with Germany. Weeze Airport is just a short distance away, making it easy to travel to and from the area.
In 2001, the village of Bergen had about 304 people living there. The built-up part of the village was quite small, covering only 0.09 square kilometers (about 0.03 square miles). It had 109 homes.
